Those who are hired for our CNC machine technician jobs will use their customer communication 技能 as well as their mechanical and electrical knowledge to repair, 进行故障排除, 修改, and test complex technical problems on Mitsubishi Machining products. This is a travel position as technician services are provided on-site at our customer’s facility or via telephone if possible.

Essential responsibilities include:

  • Travel to customer locations for technical problem diagnosis and on-site repair

  • Examining machines mechanically and electrically and dismantle and rebuild the machines to perform needed repairs

  • Diagnose and 进行故障排除 technical problems over the phone

  • Professionally and effectively communicate with customers

  • Interpret schematics and block diagrams effectively to analyze and 进行故障排除 problems

  • Detailed documentation of product problems and resolutions

Education and experience required:

Most of the work will be done indoors but you may be exposed to weather conditions such as heat, 冷, 雨, 风, 和阳光. The job also involves working near mechanical parts with a moderate to loud noise level. For our CNC maintenance technician jobs, individuals must be able to determine maintenance needed and provide maintenance on-site to ensure the machines are working efficiently.
